Why I love Indoor Cycling
On a personal level, I must admit that I love Indoor Cycling and am a bit biased. It is for good reason though. I tried running outdoors, elliptical machines, treadmills, and nothing gave me the workout that I get from indoor cycling. The group environment pushes you to try your hardest and give every ounce of your energy. I believe that it is the best overall workout you can find.
